Instructor Peter Kowalewski is bringing a Fitness Boot Camp to Schafer Gymnastics that is innovative, fun and challenging, never doing the same workout twice. It will be a combination of strength training, aerobic training, mobility work as well as corrective exercise. Each class will be suited for the beginner, yet challenging enough for the experienced client. These classes are open to everybody, so please bring a friend and help to motivate one another! This IS NOT your ordinary aerobics class, we hope you enjoy a good challenge!
