Each class includes a 5 minute warm up, 4 events for 12 minutes each, and a 5 minute cool down.
We teach all the boys Olympic events, as well as trampoline and the girls Olympic events.
- Tumbling skills are taught on floor exercise.
- Upper body strength through support skills and basic swing on the pommel horse, still rings, and parallel bars.
- Development of the run, hurdle, jump, and landings, as well as basic vaults.
- Horizontal Bar- Developing swinging skills.
- The girls events - for fun and concentration and respect!
Children are tested on their skill development once a month, providing both instructors and students with specific individual goals.
