Cheer Tumbling

Monday – 7:30-9:00pm

Ages 10+, students should be able to perform a handstand and backbend and be working towards back handsprings.

Each class includes a warm up, strength and flexibility, current skills, new skills, conditioning, and a cool down. Classes will include a variety of events, such as Balance Beam, Floor tumbling, Trampoline, and TumbleTrak.

  • The warm up is to get their muscles stretched and warmed up for class.
  • Strength and Flexibility is to make sure they develop the strength and flexibility they need to execute the tumbling skills on their own eventually.
  • Balance Beam walking drills helps develop strength in their legs and balance for the jumps and tumbling they need to perform.
  • Floor exercise helps develop and work on tumbling and jumps.
  • Trampoline and Tumbltrak will develop basic coordination and spatial awareness.
  • Conditioning builds muscular endurance, and the cool down gives us time to stretch our muscles after they have been fatigued.

Monthly Fee: $21/class
