Schafer's School of gymnastics is proud to offer the use of its unique facility as a parent-child play center.

The purpose of this area is for parents to work directly with their children in a safe, controlled, and recreational atmosphere, exploring and developing their child's motor coordination skills, strength, balance and flexibility, thus building their child's confidence and self-esteem. Schafer's preschool gymnastics equipment will enable the parent and child to share the wonder and happiness of their child's self-exploration, discover the world around them, and how their bodies and minds work within it.

In order to keep this program as safe as possible, we have written an orientation manual that we give to all playcenter members, and, periodically, we offer playcenter clinics.

Children must be supervised at all times. If a Schafer School of Gymnastics employee feels that the parent and child are acting in an unsafe manner, the Schafer's School of Gymnastics staff reserves the right to have the parent and children stop that unsafe behavior.

Classes have priority over equipment. If a class comes to that station, it will be necessary for you to go to a different station.

Cost of membership to the parent-child play center:

For members actively enrolled in class:

$15 per month for 1 child

$25 per month for the family

For non-members:

$25 per month for 1 child

$40 per month for the family

There is a one time $30 registration fee that is valid for one whole year.
