The Show Team is an exhibition gymnastic team designed to engage the experienced gymnast who does not desire a competition team schedule. There are two in-house performances each year, as well as several community performances throughout the year including the summer. Each practice includes 45 minutes of conditioning, 1 hour on the apparatus, 45 minutes of tumbling and dance choreography.

Members of the Show Team work on level 1-7 skills. New members must demonstrate specified skill proficiency on each event and be recommended by an instructor or coach. Proficiency in dance is essential, as choreography is included in all performances.
